Do I need to be a pastor to take this course?

No! Everyone can struggle with sleep. The strategies we discuss in the course are applicable to everyone!

Each lesson includes a 10 to 13-minute video. You can build the activities and tools into your life as you see fit. Transformation is dependent on your decision to adopt the material.

How long will this course take me to do?

No prior knowledge is necessary. However, the course is based online so basic computer skills are required. Anyone who is able to check their email would have all the computer skills needed.

Because we are often changing life long habits, a change in sleep patterns often takes longer than 4 videos to shift. In this course you are establishing healthy habits and using strategies that build a strong foundation for lifelong success.

As a counsellor, social worker, parent and business owner, I know first hand the exhaustion that comes from juggling multiple responsibilities and roles. Being pulled in all directions during the day only to lie awake at night exhausted.


Building Sleep is Not a Dream came out of my personal experience and over 15 years of supporting people who struggle with sleep challenges. Using strategies based on industry best practices and researched principles I build courses and workshops that support and strengthen ministry leaders to care and support others.
